Profile In 2008 the first team return to the Southern Electric Premier League division 2, they play 50 over a side games. The side will be captained by Ryan Beck for the second successive season.. The side are striving to make the most of their promotion to the second division in 2007 after narrowly missing out in both 2005 and 2006. The team is a strong unit with batting contributions consistently coming from every part of the line up. Dan Loader's arrival from Cranbourne in 2005 has added an extra pace dimension to the bowling attack but the biggest threat often comes from the slow bowling of captain Ryan Beck. The availability of former Hampshire Academy all rounder Dave Wheeler will be crucial to the sides hopes of stabilising at his level. |
